We’ve received your evaluation request.
Someone from our team will call you back within one business day.
What happens next
We review your submission
We go through everything you’ve shared — judgment amount, case type, debtor information, and any documents you attached. We pull what public records we can on the debtor side.
We call you
Within one business day, someone from our team will call you at the number you provided. We’ll tell you whether your judgment fits our criteria and, if it does, what we’ll pay. A specific number — not a range, not a “we’ll get back to you.”
You decide
There’s no pressure and no deadline on our offer. If you want time to think, get a second opinion, or talk to an attorney, take it. We’ll be here when you’re ready.
If you accept — we send the agreement
A two-page assignment of judgment. Standard California form. We send it electronically. Once both parties sign, we wire the agreed amount to your bank account — typically within 3–5 business days.
A few things worth knowing
You’ll hear from a real person. Not an automated follow-up, not a generic email. We review every submission ourselves and call you directly.
If your judgment doesn’t fit our criteria, we’ll tell you that too — and point you toward a resource that might be able to help. We don’t ghost submissions.
