San Diego commercial judgment market
San Diego’s economy — defense contracting, biotech, tourism, real estate, and a large small-business sector — generates substantial commercial litigation. San Diego Superior Court is one of the busiest in the state for commercial cases.
We evaluate San Diego judgments on the same criteria as every other California judgment: debtor profile, case type, and collectibility. Distance doesn’t affect our ability to enforce a California judgment.
Courts we cover
- San Diego Superior Court — Central Division (downtown)
- San Diego Superior Court — North County Division (Vista)
- San Diego Superior Court — East Division (El Cajon)
- San Diego Superior Court — South Division (Chula Vista)
- Imperial County Superior Court (El Centro)
We also purchase judgments from any other California county — statewide coverage.
